Home Information Pack
Don't be fooled by cheap imitations. From April 2009, all HIPS must be comprehensively produced to provide ALL required searches. (Local searches alone, although varying nationally, usually cost between £100 - £160). HIP providers can no longer pay indemnity insurance to cover searches. Lenders/solicitors will not accept inferior HIPs to complete and you may end up paying twice.

Sub-sales available on re-possessions/auctions and awkward cases as well as facilities for bridging deposits for completion. These are subject to nominated solicitors but at normal conveyancing fees, therefore no hidden additional costs.
