My Business Ventures

Contrary to conventional thinking, I believe that you can have your income derived from a number of business ventures, and that in fact it’s prudent to do so. If all of your income, both current and future earnings are reliant on one source, then you are actually putting yourself in a rather precarious position. All of your eggs in one basket as they say!

By simultaneously cultivating a number of sources of income, you protect yourself from the sudden collapse of one source – eg the “secure” job!

That’s my belief, and that’s why I run more than one business.  Well, that and the fact that I am something of a serial Entrepreneur who sees opportunity everywhere, and gets bored doing just one thing :-)

So here’s a brief overview of My Businesses:

The Business Success Zone provides Coaching and Training to service professionals, primarily other Coaches, Consultants and Trainers.  I help you to establish, develop and grow your business based on effective and sustainable business models.

But I do it a bit differently!  I encourage you to take a look at a fresh perspective on the way you interact with your clients, and deliver your services.

Years of experience working with knowledgable, talented individuals, who had been struggling to make ends meet, let alone make a profit, led me to conclude that the old models just aren’t working anymore!

Through the coaching and training programmes, and the Member’s Community, I show you  how you can create a real business from your expertise, based on new models, which provide you with multiple streams of income, and a business to suit your lifestyle.  I will show you how, and help and support you, as you implement the transformation in your business.

 iKoach was created out of a desire to do things differently!

I orginally created the system to use to deliver The Business Success Zone programmes, but then decided to offer it to other Coaches, Consultants and Trainers so that they could also benefit from it – sharing the love ;-)

The North East Property Forum was started orginally because, as an active Property Investor, I wanted to be able to get together with other Investors to share experiences and ideas, but I couldn’t find a Property Networking event in the North East.

From a humble start in a corner of a local pub, it has now grown to be the North East’s premier property network, and the monthly meetings are among the biggest in the country, providing an opportunity for property investors to meet and learn from our Experts.

The main focus of the North East Property Forum is to provide quality property education to both new and experienced investors, and through the private Member’s forum, an arena where you can share ideas, strategies and experiences,
Essentially,  it is where you can find everything you need to succeed in property!

XPC Forex is a collaboration between me and Colin Millar, who is a successful Forex Trader and Coach.

As part of my own Wealth Creation Strategy, I wanted to add Forex Trading to my sources of income.  Colin was recommended to me, and I was impressed with his down to earth and honest approach to teaching Forex Trading.

One thing led to another, as it does sometimes, and together we created an on-line Forex Training Programme and Membership site, where you too can learn how to become a sucessful trader, using Colin’s proven methods, and get support as you learn.

The LHA Expert  is another collaboration, this time with John Paul of the Castledene Group, and it is really just for those of you own properties, or are involved in managing other people’s properties.

Anyone who is involved in property will know that the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) system can cause terrible problems for Landlords.  John Paul has built the Castledene Group into a large and profitable business, by making it his business to fully understand the system, and how to make it work for him.

We got together to create the definitive guide to the LHA system for Landlords and Letting Agents, which is available as an E-book.
