Whilst property is most definately one of my favoured choices for Wealth Creation, it is a medium to long term strategy and is most definately not a means to "get rich quick".

Actually, I don't believe in "get rich quick".  I do believe that you will achieve financial independence and freedom more quickly, and understand what it feels like to not be dependent on "the job", by combining building your property portfolio with building your own business(es) and creating multiple streams of income.

An entrepreneurial spirit does not restrict him/herself to just one source of income.

Contrary to conventional thinking, you can have your income derived from a number of business ventures, and in fact, it's prudent to do so.  If all of your income, current and future earnings are reliant on one source, you are actually putting yourself in a rather precarious position.  All of your eggs in one basket as they say!

By simultaneously cultivating a number of sources of income, you protect yourself from the sudden collapse of one source - eg the "secure" job!

When creating your Business Venture(s), it is important that you establish it/them on the right kind of business model.  After all, you are looking to creat Wealth and multiple streams of passive income - not swap your employed job for a self-employed job!
